Banana Berry Protein Shake

Banana Berry Protein Shakefeatured

This protein shake is my absolute favorite and I drink it almost daily!

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1 cup frozen strawberries
    • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    • handful of spinach or kale (I alternate this each time I have to purchase a new bag)
      • I PROMISE you can’t taste it!
    • 2 scoops Orgain Protein – vanilla bean or chocolate
    • 1 tsp fiber powder
    • 1/4-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • additional options:
    • 1 tbsp peanut butter
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with crunchy granola if desired!

*Does your fruit need to be frozen? No – but I love the thickness it creates. It reminds me of a milkshake!
